Now my opinion about that million dollar question,  almost nothing to do to take advantage,
BUT  when  play one /any particular session (we) should have good bankroll, good betselection  and progression,
dicipline, know when to quit ( quit with minimal losses or when won something), enter and exit points into/from real play,
rise bets when on the W streak and low bets when start the L streak. 

We can not influence the future outcome but can have a good map from the last outcomes,
 even we can force the LW registry by a particular session to look like this LLLLLLL....  or WWWWWW....,
 and not  LWWLLL... or  WLLWWW....( just examples), so:
last 18 spins  (or more ) betting on  R  ( LW ) :    LLWLWWWLWLLWWLLLWLWLW....
now same session but last 18 uniques numbers  LW :  WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW....
or  in streets case , meanwhile on R  ( or B, O;E;H;L) we have LWLWWLW ( just sometimes WWWWW  or LLLLLL),
we  have most of the time on 6 streets ( or splits , numbers) WWWWWW....( or LLLLLLL...)
So just Maps  , it s up to each one what and how to bet next.
